The results you currently have in your life, relationships, health, and business are a result of what you’ve been believing and who you’ve been BEing.
One of the biggest reasons we don’t reach our goals is that we aren’t BEing and acting from a place of becoming the person who already has the circumstances, money, health, body, business etc we desire.
We can easily become trapped in the “when I have _____ then I will do _____.” And this keeps us stuck in the exact same place year after year.

- Not Having a Clear Vision That Stirs Your Soul: Know what you want, have a vision and clear and detailed outcome in your mind, write it down, revise it and read it every day. Most people don’t take the time to do this. What does your dream life and business look like? How much money are you earning? How are you serving using your gifts? When visioning (which I teach in my programs) do not get lost in the “I don’t know how” mind frame. The how will always be shown to us, our job is to know the ‘what’ and to follow guidance to learn the ‘how’ along the way. - Lack of Persistence: When things aren’t working exactly how and when you want them to, it’s easy to assume it’s not working and give up. But once you get clear on point #1, you must then commit to taking the consistent and daily action required to create the desired outcome and vision – even when might appear as though it’s not working.
- Procrastination: If you have a clear goal, and you know you need to take persistent, consistent actions toward that vision, procrastination will be the thing to halt the process. Waiting for the perfect time, or some other circumstance to get started will sabotage your results every single time. If you have an inspired vision and know what you want, overcoming the procrastination habit is essential.
- You’re Allowing Your Emotions to Stop You: I am a teacher of emotional healing and feeling your emotions. In fact, my style as a holistic therapist has been primarily Emotionally Focused Therapy, because I know first hand the healing power of going into our emotions for self-healing. We can go into what happens when we become emotionally backed up, but this podcast episode gives you an intro to how to become more emotionally empowered. On the flip side, you may be allowing yourself to stay stuck in lower emotions and it’s blocking your progress. Dealing with our emotional material (we all have some!) past traumas, negative psychological patterns, and limiting beliefs are part of this inner-success piece.
Success in any area of life literally happens from the inside out. If you can’t seem to get past a certain limitation in your life, with your health, or business, take some time to reflect on these 4 areas, and dive deeper into your inner patterns.
