Midday energy crashes can make living a full life pretty difficult. I remember a time when I was in full blown adrenal burnout and suffered with this crash daily. I could barely drag myself out of bed, it took me until 10 am to feel somewhat alive, only to hardy make it until lunchtime without needing to take a nap.
With two little girls to take care of, this made everything much more challenging, however there is one thing I implemented that made all the difference in my midday energy plummets into mind numbing fatigue.
