Is Adrenal Fatigue a Real Condition?

Is Adrenal Fatigue a Real Condition?

Or have Functional Medicine health experts been wrong all along?

This is a gnarly topic, and one I am going to do my best to break down as simply as possible.

I believe it’s the one who believes they have nothing else to learn, that has the most to learn. And I always try to keep my mind open to new ideas, information an possibilities.¬†

What do we really truly know for sure?

And. oftentimes, what we think we know changes over time. This is why staying current and being willing to dig deeper and get self-empowered to take your health into your own hands is so critical.

If it is true, and actually adrenal exhaustion isn’t a real thing, what have I been teaching and helping my clients with for the past 3 years?

Recently one of my previous clients, whom had great success with her Adrenal symptoms after working with me, sent me an Instagram post she came across that read¬† “There’s No Such Thing as Adrenal Fatigue”, and she was feeling frustrated by this claim.

She’s working with a hormone specialist that indeed works from the premise that it definitely does exist, as does my Naturopath, and all the others I have worked with before.

But, this peaked my desire to dig deeper.

If you have been unwell for awhile, the last thing you want to hear is “it’s all in your head”. And this is not my intention for bringing some awareness to the topic.

So, I decided since I have heard this enough times , it is time I got to work doing some researching and reading to answer the questions:

Does Adrenal Fatigue actually exist? And if not, why do you feel so terrible? What is the cure?

To learn what I discovered in my research, and my take on the whole thing, be sure to press play on this episode of the podcast.

What do you think? Tell me.
