I have come up with the hashtag and name for the nutrition and dieting plan I promote: #zerorulesdiet and exercise regime. It’s so freeing to live by your own rules, and live in tune with your body’s natural rhythms and what works for you as the individual you are.

Life is way too short to live by rules and deprivation! Eat the damn cookie, eat dessert, eat quality bread (if you are not gluten intolerant).
I am not saying fill your body with unhealthy foods all day long, not at all. What I am saying is there needs to be some balance.

- Get Clear: Why am I doing this?
- Is it sustainable for the long term?
- Is it fun and enjoyable? Do I love it?
- How is it making me feel?
