My mission and passion is to ignite and activate the empowerment of women.
This passion led me to going to school to study Applied Counselling Psychology to become a Counsellor, and what I have been doing for the past 7 years working with clients.
When I first started, like most counsellors and coaches, I charged on an hourly basis. This has so many limitations, and I don’t recommend this path, but that’s a whole other topic for another time. If you would like to know how you can create a more sustainable and profitable coaching and consulting business, I invite you to book a Business Clarity consultation.
When I first started my online business just a few years ago, I was really intentional about what I was charging, and making sure that my fees lined up with 1) the level of support I was providing 2) The transformation I was confident I could facilitate and 3) My expertise, training and experience.
But I did make a few mistakes along the way, always from a place of wanting to offer a deep level of service that no other counsellors I knew of, or had ever experienced myself, provided.
I share 3 of them on this episode of the podcast.
